Elise Greenwood Bahr is in her third season as the Education Outreach Coordinator for the Colorado Bach Ensemble. She loves to bring the music of Bach and a deeper appreciation for all music directly to students in the classroom. She has a successful career as a professional singer with CBE, as well as Saint Martin’s Chamber Choir and other professional groups in three different states. However, her true passion is introducing new generations to music. In addition to her outreach activities, she also has a private studio of piano, violin, and voice students. Elise holds a Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Utah. When not involved in musical activities, she enjoys running marathons and spending time with her family in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
